    Top experts and practitioners are addressing this skills shortage problem that is now confronting all economies, big or small.  How do universities reform themselves to be the catalyst and platform for bringing our young and existing work-force to digital cutting edge?  These are not aspirational goals, but actually how to implement and execute our visions for the future.
