A bottom-up, place-based development approach enabled by technology and Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), aimed at helping Malaysia operationalise inclusive and green development (SDGs) effectively on the ground—at the scale and speed required to meet increasingly complex geo-political and competitive challenges.

The session will focus on how integrated digital systems, combined with community-level data, knowledge networks, and governance frameworks, can translate national SDG commitments into measurable, impactful outcomes across villages, towns, and regions. The framework, if successful at the local level, can be scaled to nationwide, regional, and global implementation.
