Tan Sri Andrew Sheng appeared before a world class panel in Hong Kong hosted by Chief Executive’s Policy Unit of The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China in Session 1 Global Significance of China’s New Development Plan.

The Speakers included Dr. CAI Fang, Dr. LIU Shijin, Dr the Hon Jonathan CHOI Koon-shum, Dr ZHANG Yuyan, TS Andrew Sheng and Professor Richard WONG Yue-chim as the moderator.
